Security

Security of the property is the paramount for us. All cleaners are police screened.

We ensure that:

All electric lights (as designated) and water taps are turned off after use at end of each cleaning day.

No staff member gives access to any person to the areas  after the designated doors are locked.

We will submit in writing the names and addresses of all persons employed or in any way associated with the cleaning of the areas.

Occupational Health & Safety

We strictly maintain OH & S regulations in cleaning service.

We ensure that all our cleaners must comply with regulations, local laws, code of practice and Australian satandards which are in any way applicable to Occupational Health & Safety.

We promptly notify the Client regarding any security issue.

Equipments & Chemicals

We use all up to date cleaning equipments.

We use 'Agar' chemicals. It is a Melbourne based company. Agar cleaning systems has been manufacturing cleaning products since 1968.

We provide Safety Data Sheet of the chemicls to our clients.
